Kirk Henckels

Kirk Henckels, Vice Chairman of Stribling and the founding Director of Stribling Private Brokerage, holds an economics degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is the former President of Edward Lee Cave, Inc., and has been at Stribling since 1995, where he has been in charge of Stribling’s $5,000,000 and up luxury real estate brokerage division. His role includes assisting Stribling’s luxury brokers and their clients in formulating a global marketing plan and providing them with active support and knowledge of Manhattan’s luxury market from Stribling’s senior management.

Mr. Henckels personally researches and writes the only full-market analysis of Manhattan’s $5,000,000-and-up market, the Stribling Private Brokerage Luxury Report. He has been included every year in the New York Observer’s list of the 100 Most Influential People in Manhattan Real Estate.

In addition, Mr. Henckels maintains his own private clientele which has included many of New York’s most prominent families. These are individuals for whom discretion and professionalism are of utmost importance. As a former corporate banker, Mr. Henckels is well-versed in the business intricacies of negotiating and marketing distinctive properties.
