John started his professional career as an architect working for several years in both Chicago and New York designing and managing numerous high-end retail and residential projects throughout the U.S. as well as internationally in Tokyo, Taipei, Seoul and Hong Kong.
With Stribling & Associates, John quickly earned a position within the firm’s President’s Circle. His tenacious and driven personality, undying patience and his love and knowledge of New York’s world of real estate have allowed John to work successfully with both buyers and sellers in all price ranges. He has brokered transactions in some of New York’s most prestigious Coops and Condos in almost every neighborhood in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Currently John is representing the final sales at the 35XV condominium project developed by Alchemy Properties.
As a real estate investor himself for over 15 years, John leveraged an initial loan of $20K, combined with a good amount of smart wit and a lot of creative negotiating, into a small portfolio of 9 highly successful residential and commercial properties of his own, an experience that offers his sales clients an unparalleled understanding of the real estate investment market.
