Rob Kildow

Principal Broker and Director of Sales at Hualalai Realty since the end of 2003, Rob Kildow not only knows his product well but lives it daily both professionally and personally, having purchased a villa here with his wife Barbara in 2001. A native of Washington State and a 40-year professional in the real estate industry, Rob says he fell in love with the island of Hawai‘i many years ago having been captivated by the beauty, the environment, and the generosity and hospitality of the people. He made the move here in 1999 and has never looked back. Before moving to Hawai‘i, Rob was President of James W. Hodges, Inc. Realtors in Washington, and prior to joining Hualalai Realty; he served as Director of Sales at Hokuli‘a Resort in South Kona for five years. Rob has been recognized three times by Hawai‘i Business Magazine as the #1 residential broker for the State of Hawai‘i (2010, 2012, 2015). In 2013, Rob was inducted into the “Billionaires Club” by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate for selling over $1 Billion in real estate during the preceding 9 years as Principal Broker of Hualalai Realty, and last year he received their prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
