Today, Missy is regarded among her peers as THE source for Dallas sales history, zoning changes, homeowners’ covenants, and the latest market statistics. She also offers a wealth of information on local schools, restaurants, galleries and trade resources.
In addition to helping her clients buy and sell luxury properties, Missy is currently an onsite sales associate at Museum Tower in The Dallas Arts District. Consistently recognized for unbelievable sales success, Missy has marketed and sold some of the most exclusive residences in Dallas in record time and for the highest possible price, including homes at The Tower Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, and significant estates in private gated communities. In fact, for the last several years she has been responsible for more than 85% of sales a gated upscale community located on the Katy Trail in Turtle Creek. The bottom line – Missy markets for results.
As a local expert with global reach, Missy has a strong footing in what’s happening in Dallas neighborhoods, but also leverages her relationships and the Sotheby’s International Realty brand to penetrate the condo and single family market both locally and around the world.
“I pride myself in doing the research and knowing the neighborhoods and buildings inside and out. I’m passionate about helping clients find the right property to fit their lifestyle and really listen to where they are with their families and careers. I’m always looking forward to what a client’s next move might be, and how I can help them make financially sound decisions as they embark on those critical home and lifestyle changes. Helping people find their perfect home is my passion,” says Missy.
Missy currently holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of Texas, and previously served as a managing broker overseeing 100+ in-town agents. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she held a successful management career at one of the largest telecom companies in the U.S.
In addition to real estate, Missy serves on the Board of Directors for Uptown Dallas, Inc – one of the first Public Improvement Districts in the region – and is also actively involved in Friends of the Katy Trail and The Turtle Creek Association.
