Belinda works between the Chester and Shrewsbury offices, specializing in the marketing of country houses and farms. She is involved in every stage of the selling of property, from its initial appraisal, ensuring its best possible presentation and marketing strategy, negotiating the sale, and ensuring the conveyancing process proceeds smoothly. She feels fortunate to meet some wonderful people and see some very special houses, but nothing to her mind beats concluding a good sale. He proudest moments are not the biggest or most high profile sales, but the ones when she knows she has done a fantastic job and have really happy clients and buyers. The most recent was the sale of 0.6 acres of rough land to the most lovely lady for her bee hives—Belinda is enjoying the most delicious jar of honey as thanks from her client, who is also delighted.
