The dream that would become Villa Allegra began with Nicolò Conti and Luigi Dona dalle Rose, the founders of the village of Porto Rotondo in Sardinia, Italy. Creating the estate for their personal use, they chose the ideal location: it is unique in that, while other important villas are located far from the harbor—not less than 3 km—Villa Allegra is the only one placed in the middle of the district with direct access to both the harbor and the center of the village.

The villa has a large living room with dining room overlooking the porch and the garden, a large kitchen, eight private bedrooms, each with private bath, a guest bath, and a gym and fitness area. All rooms enjoy a satellite system and air conditioning.

2,000 square meters of land boast three large lawns, a spa, a swimming pool, and an artificial beach rebuilt specifically to enjoy the holidays, even in the days of mistral. The entire property is equipped with an automatic watering system and very large water-collecting tanks.

A large number of spacious covered porches and verandas accommodate family and friends, and some 200 people can dine in the carefully planned park. Important sculptures by various renowned artists and a spectacular lighting system further adorn the beautiful grounds.
