Madelyn Bricken

From a young age, the real estate industry has been at the center of Maddie’s life. She is the daughter of Elizabeth Kuper and the stepdaughter of Charlie Kuper, who founded Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty in 1972. Growing up in San Antonio, then eventually becoming a full-time resident of the Hill Country in 2005, she’s seen the factors involved that help facilitate a successful transaction. Having parents in real estate meant that Maddie had the privilege of experiencing all sides of the business, from residential, to renovations and rental property, as well as farms, horse properties and luxury homes and ranches.

An avid equestrian, Maddie has been riding horses since the age of three. She now competes at the international levels in the sport of dressage and holds her United States Dressage Federation Bronze & Silver medals. Horses have taught Maddie many life lessons, but most importantly, they have instilled the value of hard work, patience, and dedication, all of which she carries into her professional endeavors.

Watching the family business grow and flourish only added to Maddie’s passion on becoming part of the firm. With a keen eye for detail and a strong connection to the lifestyle in the hill country, she prides herself on her involvement within her family’s farming and ranching history. From exotic animals to horse facilities to agricultural activities, Maddie has broad knowledge of different aspects in land management.
