Real del Mar’s Villa Paloma Blanca translates to White Dove—words both beautiful to see and to hear. And like its name, Villa Paloma Blanca is a feast for the senses. Architect Marta Lozano designed the brand-spanking-new gated hideaway at Punta Mita on three levels embracing 15,000 square feet of Mexican Pacific flair with pebblestone-bordered marble floors and soaring ceilings of tile crowned in native palm fronds. Decorator Jorge Rubio then infused his Montecito Classic flourishes to create one of Puerto Vallarta region’s brightest stars. The piéce de résistance is the main living and dining salon, one gigantic palapa wrapped with poolside terrace that showcases a stupendous panorama of the beach, Vallarta skyline, La Cruz marina, and Bay of Banderas. Its complementary jewel is the master suite, a tranquil oasis lavished with a living area, dressing rooms, interior garden, and the seductive ocean scenes that permeate the entire house.
