When Bill Mason and Edward “Wendy” Morse opened the doors of their entrepreneurial real estate office on the corner of Hyman and Galena in downtown Aspen, Colorado, they aspired to establish a company founded on the principles of enthusiasm, integrity and service. Following that tradition, Ajax Holdings led by CEO Brooke Peterson, continues to build upon these enduring principals.
Today, over a half century later, Coldwell Banker Mason Morse has grown to include 76 agents in six offices up and down the Roaring Fork Valley. We strive to fulfill our mission by working together in a climate of trust, dedicated to the people and communities we serve.
Established in 1961, Coldwell Banker Mason Morse agents average over 15 years of experience in real estate. Our clientele benefits from our collective experience, as well the individual experiences of every person within Mason Morse.
